WHY SPORTS HANDICAPPERS POST MULTIPLE RECORD REFERENCES

* I have discovered that many sports handicappers post their results many different ways*. The reason for this is to camoflauge their records to make it appear that their sports picks are winning. Here is what they do : One sports pick handicapper presents his record two different ways. a. Stars – This gives a greater or lesser value to their sports picks. ie. 1 star lowest value ,3star or highest value. b.Units- This is a dollar amount giving value to a sports pick . ie. 1/2 unit $50, and 3 units $300. c. Percentage or Record- Wins and losses. ie 10- 10 or 50%. * The reason they do this is to afford them many scenarios and opportunities to present their record in the most positive light.* This is to make you think they are better than they are.

_ Here is a great example on how they make themselves look as they have a great record.

If you base their picks on Units and they bet 1 unit and lose, they lose $110. If they bet1/2 unit and win they win $60. They lost $60. Not good. So they say they are 1-1 appearing that they are even or 50%. But we know they are still down $60. *_The only way to measure a true handicapper is by basing results on units. Because units are the true measure of a dollar amount, showing winnings and losing in $$$$$.*_ Percentages are acceptable only if that handicapper bets the exact same amount of money on every pick. This is why I base my picks and results on *UNITS, the true measure for sports picks handicapping.*
