A Miami judge has postponed the trial of four men accused in the slaying of Washington Redskins safety Sean Taylor until August.

Defense attorneys and prosecutors said Friday they weren’t prepared for trial to begin April 7 as initially planned. Circuit Judge Dennis Murphy rescheduled the case for Aug. 25. I felt like this story needed to be talked about because it is total BS that the defense attorney had this trial pushed back 4 months because he is not ready. He had four months to prepare his clients who are most likely scumbags for there trial.

I am not really sure how the legal system actually works but c’mon I dont think that this is right to push it back that long because “they are not prepared.” I dont believe it for some reason, they are just killing time to think of a story why they did not do shoot this young man! I am looking forward to this trial so these 4 men get what they deserve!
