Tonight will be the first night that the Diesel will be in a Suns uniform taking on his old team and his old “best friend” Kobe Bryant.

This matchup could be a potential Western Conference Finals matchup between the two teams who made the biggest spalsh in the trade waters, while the Suns getting Shaq and the Lakers getting Pau Gasol. But who do I think will go farther…I think that it has to be the Suns. Right now they just have more to work with. They were already a Conference Final team without Shaq and with him, I think that he might be able to put them over the top.

As for the Lakers I think that they need at least the rest of this year to mold and gel together to get back to there glory days with Shaq and Kobe. But this game will be a great one, I personally think that Suns will win but will they cover that is the real question. You know what I think that they will…last I checked the spread was at 4 and if it stays there I think that you should take the Suns.

I have a feeling that even though Shaq will only play 20 minutes he will have a huge impact on the game while he is in or out. He will put the Lakers defenders in early foul trouble and make open shots for the shooters on the Suns. Check the lastest line to find out what it is before you bet but I would take the Suns and the DIESEL!
