Frank Martin said in an interview with The Associated Press and the Manhattan Mercury on Tuesday he believes the 6-foot-10 power forward, even though he loves college life, will probably opt to turn pro. Kevin Durant, who set freshman records last year with Texas and was the second overall player taken in the draft, is now worth about $100 million counting salary and endorsement money, Martin said.

Well put yourself in that situation he can go back to school and try and win to a National Title which given his team I don’t see that happening or he be worth about 100 million dollars o and be the first overall pick…not that tough of a decision if you ask me.

Lets look at some of the draft picks in the past…Noah from the Gators when they won there first title was on top of the world, would have been the first overall pick because of his dominant performance in the tourney but decided to come back and win another title although he did, he fell from the top pick to I believe number 8.

All right next we will move to college football with Matt Lienart, after USC won there title with him as QB he also was on top of the world, would have been the first overall pick and made a ton of money, but decided to go back and like Noah win another title BUT HE DIDN’T…o and he fell to 10th in the draft…NBD!

Now we look at Beasley who just like Durant tore up the Big 12 but averaged more points and rebounds then Durant. So my advice to you Mike is…GO BABY GO!
