PROFFESSIONAL US SPORTS REACHING OUT TO A GLOBAL MARKET

I hope this never happens, BUT……………………..

Think about this. The NFL is playing a regular season game this year in Europe.

On October 28, the Miami Dolphins will be playing the New York Giants in London, England. This will be the first ever regular season game, for the NFL, in a foreign country.The NHL opened this year in England as well. The Anaheim Ducks played the Los Angeles Kings in a 2 game series. I am sure the other major sports are looking to take regular season games to other countries as well. I have no problem with our sports teams playing games internationally, but the problem arises when the talk circles around the most popular event of ours.

This would not sit well with me and I am sure my feelings are the majority. This is our special event and this should never be considered to be played anywhere but the U.S.A.But we all know when the good old mighty dollar comes into play and the NFL could profit more money playing the big game over seas watch out. The big game could be played somewhere other than our country!

DAY 6 AND 7 HOW TO BE A SPORTS BETTING HANDICAPPER

Saturday and Sunday

Approaching weeks end all our hard work and organization is about ready to pay off

If your not well prepared it is going to be total chaos. The lines are going to start moving all over the place. Then all the sports services start releasing their games, and the betting public starts
to wager. Stay focused, remember the past five days and all I showed you. If your not well prepared there is a good chance you will be lost, and if this happens you might as well call it quits.Use all your data from the week , I know many of you do not have a high tech computer model like I do. So make your picks by following you should be able to beat your local bookie who got his lines from Mondays paper. At least you can win an office pool.

Leave picking the games at the sportsbooks and online sportsboks to me, I’ll give you the plays we can shake up the sportsbooks together.

This is a long and grueling process that takes a lot of time and commitment. When Sunday rolls around and the 4:15 games are over you add up all your wins and losses. There is no guarantees, except one, you have to do it all again because next week lines are coming out.

DAY TWO OF HOW TO BE A PROFESSIONAL HANDICAPPER

It’s Monday do you still want to be a proffessional handicapper and impress your friends by beating up on sportsbooks ?

Monday Day 2

By now most of the sports books have their lines opened and out to us Clowns.

Then your are going to document each line move for the day. I keep track of the line moves using 3 different sportsbooks. Make sure that you always use the same 3 sportsbooks, day in and day out.
This will allow you to be more organized, gain familiarity with the sites, and better enable you to track line movement. This time a year, a proffessional handicapper like myself will do this for the NHL, MLB playoffs and 4 different soccer leagues.

That was Day 2, it is pretty simple so far, but a day in the life of a proffessional handicapper is time consuming and you must always be organized. “Like in life, organization will be a major key to your Success.”

CAN YOU WIN BY BETTING AGAINST THE PUBLIC ?

You can not win betting against the public.

Back in the early 80’s, I use to bet against the public to win money betting on sports.

Here was my approach that got me no where. I had a friend that was a bookmaker. We use to get a consensus of his players by making a mark next to the team his players would bet on.

Then we joined a consensus service of the top handicappers in the nation( I know now these handicappers were just marketing genius’s that knew nothing about beating the point spread).

Anyhow, our next approach would be take a public consensus on the parlay cards my friend would sell. I am sure you know about these cards, the one’s you have to pick at least 4 winners to win

Then we would add everything up and come out with our plays. We would have some weeks that we won so many games we really thought we were on to something. We always kept track of our wins and losses but never could we win over a long time period.

HOW TO BET HOCKEY SIDES

Do not let records fool you when betting on sides in hockey

When betting on hockey sides wins and losses mean nothing. Like baseball the most popular bet is picking the winner of the game, straight up, with no pointspread.

Sounds easy but instead of a pointspread you have to bet the odds.

Here is an example:

You bet 3 games and take the favorites

Detroit – 200 to win 100

Ottawa – 220 to win 100

Anaheim – 230 to win 100

Now Detroit and Ottawa win you cash your tickets for $ 200

Your record for the day is 2 and 1. That is 67% winners. But when you add the most important part, the money, you just lost $ 30.

Do not fall for the hype some services promote with wins and losses. It is the bottom line that counts.
