Yesterdays Educatedbet.com’s FREE sports pick was Mississippi + 23, that was a mistake the real line was +18.
My pick was right, Mississippi +18, but a type-o showed +23 for my free sports pick. This was one of my strong picks for the day that fell right into my sports betting formula. I apoligize to my
customers if this discouraged you from betting, because +23 definitely looks better than +18.
The final score was Auburn 17 and Mississippi 3 . An Auburn touchdown would have beat the spread at +18, but to beat +23 Auburn would have had to score a touchdown and a field goal . I hope you enjoyed the excitement of betting this game.
Remember that all my picks are triple checked and fall into my winning formula, so realize the pick is a strong bet, even if I mess up with the spread because of a type-o .Once again I apologize for the type-o and hope you still bet Mississippi +18 and won some money on the FREE pick.

Mo’s Sports Parlour shut down for alleged illegal book making .
The Edmonton Sun published this article about the Mo’s Sports Parlour filing suit for millions against The Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission and one of it’s investigators. The AGLC sent in an undercover agent to expose the alleged illegal bookmaking . The result was Mo’s losing thier liquor license , the business was then forced to close, and without a liquor license they couldn’t even sell the business.
Now Mo’s owners claim the undercover agent was drinking on the job , and the investigation was bogus.
I really hope they get this straightened out so Homer Simpson has a place to drink Duff’s beer. And if they were truely wronged I hope they get the millions they were looking for, and I will find my way to Mo’s for a beer.

I came across this article out of Winnipeg, Canada. No it’s not about Winnie The Pooh.

It appears that Russian tennis player, Nikolay Davydenko, while playing in the St.Petersburg Open was rebuked by the chair umpire for not playing hard enough, thus receiving a behaviour warning.
Betfair, an online sports book , voided bets on a match involving the Russian in August. Although sports book rules are such that they reserve the right to void any wager, for any reason, when they deem it to be appropriate.
I don’t think it is fair to void a bet ! This rule goes all the way back to the grade school playground a , bet is a bet

NBA Commissioner David Stern Softens Punishment For All NBA Officials
The NBA season is right around the corner and it looks like Stern needs officials that find the need to gamble. Last year they were limited to off season horse betting. Now after the Donaughy scandel they are allowed to bet everything excluding sports betting.
On Thursday, he said there will be no jobs lost, no suspensions. Instead, he’s going to soften the rules. ‘‘Our ban on gambling is absolute, and in my view it is too absolute, too harsh, and was not particularly well-enforced over the years,’‘ he said. ‘‘We’re going to come up with a new set of rules that makes sense.
‘‘It’s too easy to issue rules that are on faith violated by a $5 Nassau, sitting at a poker table, buying a lottery ticket. … And by the time I got through and I determined going into a casino isn’t a capital offense … I’m the CEO of the NBA, and I’ll take responsibility.’‘
I am one of the people who always believed that officials, no matter how bad a team was losing in the first half, would subtley let the team back in the game. Most NBA games I watch come down to the last 2:00 minutes of the game. Sure sports betting has it’s streaks, and many NBA teams streak and get back in the game after being down by 35 at the half. Maybe Stern wants to keep people in the seats to sell more beer , food, and souveniers ? Could you imagine if fans left at half time, the NBA loses big money.
I have a solution if you are an NBA official , do not gamble in casino, sportsbook, or online. It’s simple, if you feel it is your right to gamble then get another job. Or Stern should pay them more to take away any gambling need NBA reff’s have. It is hard enough to handicapp an NBA game without these Clowns fixing the sport.
